Every plan has a written response time. If we miss it on a ticket, we credit 10% of that month's plan fee. No forms, no arguing. It shows on your next invoice.
DAYS
The right-fit guarantee
Give us 90 days. If you don't think we're the right fit, we refund your onboarding fee in full and help you move on. You carry none of the risk of switching.
OWN IT
No hostage I.T.
Your accounts, passwords, licences and data are always yours. Leave with 30 days' notice and we hand over everything, documented, at no charge.

If you do one thing this year, make sure you can get your data back. Backup Foundations is managed, monitored backup for your computers and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, with a test restore every quarter so you know it works.

Why don't you publish prices?
Because a 6-person trades business and a 40-staff childcare service need different things, and we'd rather quote you exactly than show a number that doesn't fit. Our quotes are a fixed fee per user per month, in writing, within 2 business days of your risk check.
Is there a setup fee?
There's a one-off onboarding fee to get your environment secured and documented. It's quoted up front, and it's refundable under our 90-day right-fit guarantee.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Many clients start on Essential Shield and move up once they see the reporting. Moving up takes effect from your next month.
What if we're not ready for a full plan?
Start with Backup Foundations: managed, monitored backups for your devices and Microsoft 365, with quarterly test restores. It's the one thing every business should have, and it's an easy first step.
Which plan is right for us?
